Upon project completion, access will be turnover for managment. Minor tuneups can be requested free of charge, however any complex changes will be considered a new project.
For a monthly subscription fee of $150/month, website management, CMS upkeep, blog postings, etc. will me taken care of.
All revision rounds require feedback within 24 hours of delivery. This ensures we maintain momentum and stay within the project timeline.
Once a decision is confirmed (logo, fonts, colors, etc.), that phase will be closed. Any additional changes beyond the included/prior revisions will incur an additional charge.
Lioness must provide desired content, photos, course materials, or other assets necessary for website development in a timely manner and proper formats.
Regular communication is essential. Please remain accessible via email or designated communication channels during active project phases.
Develop inspiration and any specific aesthetic preferences early in the process (especially during the mood board phase) to align creative direction.
It is necessary to work collectively when testing the website on different devices and browsers to ensure proper function and report any issues or bugs prior to launch.
Final approval is required before the website goes live. All payments must be made before launch.
